If for any reason you need to return a book or video, please follow these easy steps:

Books
If you are dissatisfied, a book in new and undamaged condition may be exchanged for credit towards another title. Shipping + Handling charges are not recoverable. Limited edition commemorative Turner books (coded "T") may not be returned without prior approval.

Videos
Damaged or otherwise faulty videos will be immediately replaced. Videos may not be exchanged or refunded.
