Why do we gather information?
Since our inception, CIB Media has consistently provided our customers with quality goods and excellent customer service. We gather personal information to allow us to process your orders and to provide an enhanced and more personalized shopping experience.

What information do we gather?
When you order from our web site, we collect the following information: your name, telephone number, billing information (credit card number, expiration date and billing address), products purchased, and the recipient's name, address and telephone number. In addition, when you register as a member, we request some additional information about your interests, birth date, shopping preferences and activities.

How we use "cookies"

We do not make your e-mail addresses available to third parties, although we may do so in the future. Our web site encrypts your credit card number prior to transmission over the Internet using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology. This technology works best when the site is viewed using Microsoft's Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.

How to remove your information from our mailing lists.

E-mail us and please include your mailing address; or In addition, if you also prefer not to receive further product information and promotional mailings and/or e-mails from us about our own products, please indicate this in your instructions to us and please include your mailing address.

Unless you indicate otherwise, we will assume that you prefer to stop receiving third party information and will continue to receive information that we believe will interest you about our own products and promotions. Removal requests will be processed as soon as reasonably practicable.

Corrections
If you would like to update or correct information previously provided to us, please send an e-mail with your new information to CIB Media.
